Terms and Conditions for all SocialWest Attendees

By participating in the SocialWest Conference scheduled for June 5 - 7, 2024, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions. Before purchasing your ticket, please review these terms and conditions and confirm that you agree.

REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS: All SocialWest ticket purchases are final sale. Tickets may be transferred to another person, but refunds will not be provided in any circumstance. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time, and location of the event.

SOCIALWEST 2024 CODE OF CONDUCT: The SocialWest conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Conference participants violating these rules may be expelled from the conference without a refund at the sole discretion of the conference organizers. At our sole discretion, and without refund, conference organizers also reserve the right to expel from the conference, and any associated events, anyone that we determine is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the conference or any other attendee.

SOCIALWEST 2024 PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE: From time to time, SocialWest uses photographs and videos of conference events in its promotional materials, on its website, and its social media accounts. By your attendance at SocialWest sessions and events, all conference visitors agree to the use of their likeness in such materials in perpetuity. LIABILITY LIMITATION: SocialWest and Bloggity Inc. will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by attendees or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of attending the SocialWest conference or any related events.

CANCELLATION DUE TO FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL: In the case of an event cancellation beyond our control (including but not limited to severe weather, public health orders, serious venue safety or security issues, and other issues beyond our control) we will reschedule SocialWest for a future, but timely, date. Your ticket will remain valid for the new date. 

COVID 19: I agree that by participating in SocialWest, I am voluntarily assuming all risks related to COVID-19, including exposure and contracting COVID-19. Further, I agree that I shall not hold SocialWest, Bloggity Inc, or its presenting partners and venues liable for any damages, loss, or injury related to COVID-19, including exposure to or the contracting of COVID-19. COVID-19 policies are subject to change at SocialWest's discretion and/or the guidance of local public health authorities. All attendees will be required to adhere to COVID-19 guidelines and mandates set by SocialWest's organizers and/or local public health authorities. At our sole discretion, and without refund, conference organizers also reserve the right to expel from the conference, and any associated events, anyone who refuses to comply with COVID-19 guidelines and mandates set by SocialWest and/or local public health authorities.
